Title: timeouts in WFM agent web

Hi

Does anyone know how to increase the timeout for WFM agent web (version 8.x)? I have agents who would like to stay logged in allday and not get logged out automatically.

I have tried modifying the SessionTimeout on the WFM server object but it dont appear to have a effect.

Try to set this on Tomcat level
