Anyone ever seen a problem for the agent log out showing a message "waiting for authorization to disconnect"?
We are using Interaction Workspace with Outbound Solution.

Ermmm...that is not a problem. Is a secuirty feature for Outbound. Read documentation so you can understand what and why it happens.

I think you are talking about the Assured Connection feature.
We are not using this feature and this option was in default value (false according the docs). Anyway, I changed to false and I will see what happens.

No, I'm talking about logging out while on an Outbound Campaign. Check OCS reference guides

Ok, now I realy found my option.
I was searching in the wrong doc (Deployment Guide).
