Excuse me if this has been posted elsewhere. I searched but could not find any reference.
The problem -
Users are complaining that the Toaster window shows up after several rings (2 or more) on the desk phone.
Most users have this issue 30% to 50% of the time. As it happens intermittently, it is hard to catch.
The environment is very basic - Avaya + Genesys, Voice only other media are not implemented yet.
I have removed UCS, Interaction Server etc from connections, disabled Contact look-up.
Is there anything else that can influence Toaster performance?

Sounds like latency on EventRinging to IWS. Pull off the local IWS log file whilst timing the actual time of ringing on the physical phone.

Do you have done any customization with third party CRM.
Sometimes, when call lands on IWS, we call a API, which gets some data from CRM, if API is taking time then pop-up comes late.
Have you tried using Vanilla version IWS ??
If you are already using Vanilla version of IWS, then please check with Network Team (about latency).
