Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to build my own G+ Adapter. I've e-mailed Genesys to get some documentation on this matter but they answered that there was no documentation at all on how to build one.
Right now, I understand the G+ Adapter is used to replace UCS with another commercial CRM but I still feel it's a bit vague. Does a G+ Adapter uses Platform SDK under the hood or some other APIs? Is a G+ Adapter the same thing as to build my own third party application and host it in Genesys Applications?
Thanks
Martin

G+ is for providing interface between Genesys solution and CRM like Siebel, MSCRM, etc. Nothing more.
