Title: CCPulse - Repository has been changed by administrator
Post by: davidw on July 01, 2013, 09:56:21 PM
Need some help.. I have a user running CCPulse version 7.5 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.  The user logged out of their application last Tuesday and now cannot get anything to work.

The user can get logged into the application but as soon as they try to open or view anything they're getting an error message "CCPulse + Repository Has Been Changed By Administrator. Transaction Cancelled"

I have had the user start with fresh storage files. I've confirmed the users roles are correct. I can log in as the user on a separate machine but we can't get the application to work on his machine.

I'm not sure what else to check, any thoughts??

Is it possible to use same storage files for other user or from other machine properly?

This sounds like access permissions on some folders in CME, so for instance no access to see VQs or Skills or Persons instead of having read only. Do they have both an agent login and a manager one and using the agent one for cc pulse ??

can u create a new view?

if you can't do that you need to get permission in the folder and in the .stg files.

I have the same problem with the following conditions: same server, same user to login into CCPulse, same user to login into server. If I install 7.5 CCPulse server, it´s working fine. But if I install 8.0.100.40 versión, I have this error with some (not all) workspaces created on 7.5 version

Did you updated the template? The storage type?

Look at the storage directory on the 8.0 applicaiton. Is it the same folder. Are you logging into the windows domain with the same or different user? I have run into permission issues with the windows folder securities.
