Title: Genesys 8 Inbound Voice Certification Exams revision material

Hey,

I want to sit in Genesys 8 Certification Exams, but don't have any revision material or manuals or access to mock tests. If anyone can help me out, will be great help.

If you don't access as Partner, nor customer then how you expect to do it? :S Search over the internet there are paid tests and previous exams...however real manage is the best approach

the genesys training courses and material provided when attending are the best sources.
in addition it is recommended of at least 6 months experience working in a genesys environment.
these combined make excellent revision source for the exams.
