So when did the frontend change?

Lost access everything including tickets where I am the customer [b]AND[/b] Solution Search!

I have sent an email to Support about it. I can't exactly log on and raise a ticket can I? lol

Happened to me once too because an issue on the company name...just send them your rifle picture and a G8 logo and they will restore all your permissions at once

They wouldnt give me my access  back because i dont work for a client!.

However. they were happy to accept nearly £15k from me in training in the last 2year.
