Title: Possibility of customizing GAD Login functionality

Is it possible to customize the login code of GAD?
[Scenario is In GAD,  Agent enters the valid username& place and clicks the login button.Before login to the Agent Desktop Frame, I need to implement a custom functionality of mine.]

Please tell me possibility of implementing this functionality.

I try an avoid GAD because I think it's s horrible product.... so beare with me if this is wrong advice.

GAD is based upon JSPs, so just modify the login page(s)?

GAD is based on JSP and struts FW. So,you can develop your own code and implement it to the GAD core. Try to read developer guide for Genesys Desktop.

PS: Do not scare with Avaya :)
