Title: Where do I can download applications such IRD, CCPulse+, etc ?

Hi all, not sure about the right place to post this question.

Tried to search on devzone or genesys tech support, but can't find installations.


Some tips ?

Support site is the one, BUT only if you are authorized...meaning, if you have training, yes you get access to Support site, but no to downloads unless you work for a Genesys Partner and your boss or somebody who already has access asks the access for your account to some customer account...
If you are a customer well then talk to your support company...however I doubt that if this is the case they will give you any access. At least I wouldn't.

Hi Cav, at this point I think the situation is as you describe it. I've got all installations I need, just wanted to watch for some newer release, in particular CCPulse, cause I can't use it on Win 7 64 bit. I have access to support, but as you wrote, maybe not to doownloads. Thanx anyway.

Have you tried installing CC-Pulse on Windows 7 32 bit, and then simply copied the entire installation directory onto the 64 bit machine?

Clearly this wouldn't be supported, but you are only looking at stats so it either works or it doesn't.
