Hello! I would need your help in relation with creating a predictive dialer system. To build it, I would need to find a reliable development kit with easy-to-use applications and useful free trial sample programs. I hesitate between your product enabling call centre features and a different one which has its sample program site here: www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_439-call-center-predictive-dialer-voip.html and it is written there that its sdk provides flexibility with lots of already existing systems. How is it with your product? Do you provide applications to predictive dialer system?
