Title: Where to start to build an agent toolbar with platform SDK 8.0 JAVA

Hi !

I'm looking for documentations, example and all that can help to build an agent desktop toolbar in Java with only the platform SDK 8.0 (we cannot use the AIL, it's a constraint).
To be more precise we would like to create a lightweight agent toolbar (tomcat)

I have already look into the forum but I don't really know where to start.

I hope someone could give me some advices and clues.
