Title: How to get estimated waiting time and call staying at the longest in the queue
Post by: PeopleWinVoice on November 22, 2011, 02:31:24 PM

I want to capture following information to be used in IVR.

- number of calls in the queue
- estimated waiting time in the queue
- the call id waiting in the queue at the longest

From T-Library API documentation, I found a function TQueryAdress.

Input parameters
- Server, queue, dn, addr_type, info_type

Return array
- extensions

How do values for queue, dn, addr_type and info_type look like to request the above information from our customer?

From the returned KV-pair list array, which key/value sets are related for that?

Your help will be very much appreciated.
