Hello everyone, first time here.
I have a genesys 6.5/7 install and past month or so I have had a strange issue. I have some stations that cannot login with there softphone. I see in the ClientSide log a EventLinkConnected, EventServerInfo, and EventRegisted but no Event AgentLogin or EventAgentReady.
Any assistance would be appreciated. This is affecting about 30 stations currently, and I have many hundred more that work fine.

From the logs provided all I can see is that there were 4 RequestAgentLogin and two of them were queued by TServer and it seems like they never got to the PBX.
There are some references in Genesys Tech Support Solution Search about some defects in TServer for Avaya Communication Manager (Avaya Definity ECS) related to request queuing being fixed in latest TServer 6.5 GA.
My advise:
1) Involve Genesys Tech Support in this troubleshooting
2) Consider upgrading
