Title: Setting Up Email Alerts from CCPulse

Hello,

We have two office that use the same Statserver for CCPulse.  Sending an email alert from the southern office works fine. When I try to send something from the northern office CCPulse hangs and doesn't go anywhere.  Is there a setting/connection in either MS Outlook or CCPulse that we should be looking at?

Both offices have the same version of Outlook.  Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks.
