Title: Setting up Genesys SIP with Asterisk VoIP gateway

Hi,

as the subject states, I am having a helluva of a hard time setting this up. Has anyone actually done this using Digium cards and lived to tell about this?

What kind of settings do you have to look out for on Genesys side? On Asterisk side?

Genesys? Nothing...Asterisk should be up and working before Genesys going to play...Then Genesys will use Asterisk as a gateway for outbound calls and monitor extensions it has...if you want it.
What problems are you exactly having Vic?
