Title: Preview contact not showing on GAD

Hi

I've setup a outbound preview campaign and on GAD I can see the campaign started. However, when I click on "Next Campaign Contact", the GAD simply refreshes and no preview contact information showed up. However, the calling list is updated with the agent ID.

Any idea?

Hi,

Has GDesktop been customized or it is vanilla deployment? If it was then check the customization. Anyway, looking at GAD log may help you finding out root cause.
