Hello, when we receive an international call, the international prefix 00 is not transmitted, in the TSERVER logs we see CallingNum: (intrnatl_ISDN_tel),'390203045', we would receive the full number 00 39 0203045 its italian number.
In addition to the french national call we have the same problem, such as a French custumer with the Number 0140010203 we call, the number displayed in the TSERVER logs is CallingNum: (natl_ISDN_tel),'140010203' , we would receive the full number 0 140010203
We need a strategy for national calls and a strategy for international calls How to differentiate national calls and international calls via a strategy genesys.
In strategies if you ask genesys ANI[], 00 or the 0 does not appear.
For information: Genesys 7.5
AVAYA PBX CM5.2.1

That is more a PBX issue rather than Genesys. The TServer only receives the info that your PBX link sends.

Hi,
As Cav wrote, it's about PBX configuration what number format is sent over CTI to Genesys. What about using different criteria to detect international number like number of digits etc.?
