Title: Newbie: In the process of Understanding Genesys

I Would like to what every app does in Genesys, Like router, etl, Icon, cpd server, cpd proxy
If some one could tell me a good book, i really appreciate it.
I have read the Handbook and frame work deployment guide.

Well the handbook and rough guides are the best option to go without going to Genesys trainings

The Handbook already has quite a comprehensive Glossary... what more would you like to know..?
