Title: Agent Productivity Report Problem

Hi thz z kamal From india chennai,

i need a help, we generating Agent Productivity Report through brio tool and SQLwb which we had differrnce in login hours calculations and sum of all headers called hold, talktime, ringing time,dialing time ,wait time and not ready time is not matching with with the login time...
And separatly we Generating the Login and Logout report for Agent that occurs Correct.

Pls help me to knw the reason guys...

Please check your Statistical definitions for LOGIN HOURS.  It should contain all of the elements you have listed seperately (e.g. Hold, Talk, Ringing, etc.) - if it is missing one of those elements, you will need to add it to the Statistical definition.
