Hi All,
I am working on a Softphone prototype using Voice SDK.
Now, when the application sends RequestAgentLogin, the status of the corresponding DN gets updated as LoggedIn but the status of the Agent keeps showing as logged out. But when I login the same agent with GAD its working fine. The Agent is configured with the correct Agent login n etc but one of the log message said "Cannot fetch EmployeeID". Not able to figure out if it can be coz of EmpID or there is some other reason.
Any inputs appreciated.
