Title: Transfer when not answer

When i login Agent, incoming call to the system and ringing on Agent, but Agent doesn't answer. Now i want on Agent phone have a buton transfer to other agent?

Do you mean that you want to transfer the call to another agent/place/route point if the call is not answer on the agent's extension? If so, please review the RONA functionality where options like agent-no-answer-timeout, agent-no-answer-action and agent-no-answer-overflow specify what to do in such situation.

Yes,i want when Agent phone ringing but not answer then press buton to transfer other agent or extension or mobile phone.

If the agent is there to press a button, why don't they just answer the phone?
