Does anybody has experience with Interaction Workspace customization? Unfortunately today there is no enough  mount of documentation and samples...

Did you recieve anything?  I'm also looking at Interaction Workspace and I have to agree about the lack of samples and documentations.

You can find documentation on Genesys knowledge base, also useful resource for samples developerzone.genesyslab.com (it's not devzone!)
