Hi All,
As part of the new requirement, we need GIM to monitor the Outbound Interaction.
As per the Genesys release notes, we have followed the Deployment procedures and and upgraded to the version :7.6.012.08 and set the parameter : populate-ixn-agent-out-aggregates=TRUE.
Then we have placed some test calls and ran the ETL jobs but the calls are not showing in the
AG2_OUT_V_IXN_AGENT_* and AG2_OUT_V_IXN_AGENT_GRP_* tables.
Request you to please provide your inputs in resolving thi issue .

As per the Deployment Guide:
populate-ixn-agent-out-aggregates
Default Value: FALSE
Valid Values: TRUE, FALSE
Dependencies: populate-interaction-resource-facts = TRUE
populate-interaction-resource-state-facts = TRUE
Changes Take Effect: At the next run of Job_LoadRecent (for intraday
aggregates) or Job_AggregateGIM (for historical aggregates)
What to you have for populate-interaction-resource-facts and populate-interaction-resource-state-facts?

Just to add my earlier dsicussion, i have made few test outbound calls n observed that calls are populating on the FACT Tables and in the respective SUB Hour View but not getting updated in the Aggregate tables *HOUR,DAY and MONTH tables and its respective view : *WEEK,QRTR and YEAR.
