Hi,
I am working on Genesys 8.0 environment. Currently I am facing issue in my lab environment, wherein my data which was getting transferred to my GIM database without any issues for 4-5 days, has stopped transferring.
I could see my interactions in ICON databases. When I run Extract_JOBICON, it completes without any error and maintain and transform also goes the same way. I don't see any error in my gim_etl logs too.
Wondering what might be the issue, that has stopped by data to transfer to the GIM.
Any help for the same will be highly appreciated. ::)

did you run load and aggregate jobs? how you chech the existance of records in gim database? is the options populate-xxx-facts turned on?

Hey,
I don't run the aggregate job. I run Extract & Transform job. Mantain job is scheduled. I can see data directly into the tables of GIM database.

You MUST run Load Recent, Load GIM and Aggregate GIM if you want to see new records in GIM database.

Hi,
We don't have any options for Load Recent, Load GIM in GIM 8.0.
In 8.0, we only need to run Extract_ICON >> Transform for getting the data. Running aggregate is optional.

oh, gim version 8... what about loading? ETL cycle without load job looks unaccomplished

Sorry. You didn't mention your GIM version and I assumed it was 7.6 or earlier...
