HOW TO MAKE AN OUTGOING CALL WITH GENESYS SDK 7.6 for Java
I want to call the number in a graphical interface realized with jsp and click losque I knew the call button

Hi,

sorry but I don't understand your request. However, it's possible to implement make call functionality even from web interface (jsp) but it's quite complex task. I would suggest you hiring some experienced Genesys developed or attend Genesys university SDK training at least.

and a  sample code of the event :)
