Would like to know more about GAS,
How to integrate GAS with GAD and get screen pop-up when the call comes in
did some one did this before, any suggestions please

Hi,
integrating GAS with GAD should not be too hard, and I even have the converter between GAD and GAS. What version of GAS are you using? We have developed several version of it over the years, and depending on which one you use, the converter will be different.

We are using GAS version 7.2
We have integrated GAS with GAD, If the agent places him self in ready state(In GAD), he gets a call from the dialer and there will be a pop-up. the window contains agent info on the left side and the right side will be the script.
So here the GAD is the Web version, Internet explorer. i would like to know more details on deploying the script and updating the scripts which are already existing, Can any one please suggest me a right document.
