Title: genesys SIP/softphone combo

Hello,

We are interested in knowing what SIP users deploy as their softphone within their solutions.

In particular what experiences, good and bad have you had after the set up? is there an ideally recommended one?

On example would be counterpath bria as the softphone.

look at v.8 0 it's the best choice from Genesys point of view =)

Correct me If I am wrong but genesys offer a built in SIP end point to their Interaction Workspace application?

There is a SipEndPoint application for IW like it was for GAD. It's available under IW section on support site/software area.
