Title: Custom Agent Desktop application with no license cost

Hi all.

I need your help. Our client need a custom Agent Desktop application but, without license cost.
Some time ago we could develop a custom agent desktop with t-lib (I think ActiveX Toolkit, correct me if I'm wrong) but now... what free sdk can I use?

None...only TLib with ActiveX was "free" as it was part of the sell of the TServer

Not exaclty :) there is a migration path from TLib SDK to Voice SDK - check with Your local sales guy from Genesys

Well don't think Genesys will give it for free normally, but will depend on the customer itself

It's Genesys policy as far as I know - if customer has an app written with TLib/ActiveX they will give Voice SDK for free. Voice SDK only includes part of PlatformSDK (configuration and voice).
