Title: An email with "On behalf of"
Post by: imaki on May 26, 2010, 12:05:55 PM
Hi, we have a problem with emails which are sent using some other address. Those from addresses are shown as "somebody@somewhere.com [mailto:somebody@somewhere.com] On Behalf Of other@there.com"

How can I use AIL to get both addresses? Currently I call getFromAddress of interactionMail-interface. But how to get the second address??

Hi,

I haven't found the specification (RFC number) but email address of the original sender (on behalf of) should be stored in the header key "sender:". Email Server Java attaches automatically all header keys to interaction's UserData so check the key "Header_Sender".
