Hi,

Yes, it is possible to use AIL in combination with SIP Server. You need AIL release 7.0.2 or higher. Of course, AIL doesn't provide any SIP client so you should use either 3rd party SDK or physical phone set.

Hi,

I've never used SIP Endpoint together with AIL. It should be possible however SIP Endpoint is part of Platform SDK family and not Interaction SDK family as AIL.

Personally, I would not use Microsoft RTC for any new development as this SDK is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Genesys has introduced new SIP Endpoint that is based on SIP library from Counterpath - developers of famous SIP endpoints EyeBeam and X-Lite. It is worth to check this one even it is licensed (paid).
