Hello,

is it possible to download genesys software from somewhere?

I am referring to the Genesys studio application where the GVP/IVR process is mapped?

We had this installed by a third party supplier but have no documentation regarding how it works without going through how a user would see it.

I think it is the voice studio app which contains the XML?

You can download it from the Genesys Support Site as long as your customer does have a valid support contract with them.
