I have setup two Groups in configuration Manager, with the same Pos Id and DN’s. When a user swaps between groups on the Desktop and on the phone. Campaign Manger 5.1. doesn’t recognise the change group(queue).

Does configuration manager only allow one Pos ID and DN to belong to one group?

What would be the best way to allow group swapping without amending configuration manager every time the user changes groups/queue.
