Dear Genesys Support,
I’m working for the department of Functional Maintenance and I have a questions about Genesys IVR specialy the EWT.
We have a couple of standard messages for the EWT. But as this moment we have to change manually the EWT message, depends on the longest wait. My target goal is to change the different EWT messages dynamic on the thresolds of the longest wait customer. Is this easy to change? and what would you recommend?
I hope that with the impute of Genesys we can make it work!

This forum is run by Genesys users and has nothing to do with Genesys or other vendor(s).
To your question - it should be possible to implement some logic within your Voice (IVR) application that will choose EWT message based on value of current EWT. I'm not able to write you more as you haven't mentioned any details about your voice application and routing.
