Title: Time Zones & Daylight Saving

Hit an interesting problem which someone may have a simple answer to...

Our call lists for outbound are currently set to GMT for the timezone. Having just moved to British Summer Time, call lists are kicking off an hour late. I guess this is no surprise really although I would have expected that as all the PC and AIX times have shifted that all would have remained in sync. The question is, is this the case or should we create a new timezone which includes daylight Saving and offsets against GMT?
