Hi ,
Have tried the thin client toolbar . In Agent interaction SDK for .Net services , is there any way to identify the conferenced call when it is accepted by the second party. During an incoming call i'm populating attached data and whenever i receive the IDLE status /released event i'm clearing the data . when a conference is initiated ans second party receives the call - i'm getting the IDLE status which is annoying. Please suggest.
