Title: Newbie Question - How to Interact with OCM through .NET
Post by: Astroman on September 10, 2009, 08:38:24 PM
Hello

I am a .NET Developer and new to Genesys. In my new job I am maintaining and expanding a custom CRM System built in .NET and SQL Server 2005, which is connected, somehow, with GAD.

Now, I would like to include in this CRM System, a web page that will provide to some users the capability to perform basic operations on OCM, such as Start or Stop a campaign, change the dialing mode from Progressive to Predictive and so on.

Is there a Genesys .dll or something else that I can include in my .NET environment in order to be able to perform such operations?

For your information Genesys and CRM System are running on different servers.

Thanks in advance!!

Hello,

There is available Genesys Outbound Contact Platform SDK that provides the functions you're after. Documentation for that SDK can be downloaded from Genesys DevZone website (Genesys customer account needed). You have to contact your Genesys partner or Genesys directly to get (buy) that SDK.
