Hello,
We have a Linux based IVR that needs to communicate with Genesys CTI to determine available agents before transferring a call. Which SDK should be used and where can I get the documentation? I am just starting out with Genesys so I am completely new to this.
Any push in the right direction will be helpful.

Hi,
Your question is general so it isn't easy to recommend you particular SDK. It seems that Statistics Platform SDK could make the work for you but... I would suggest you to contact Genesys sales representative to get details about available SDKs, pricing etc.
