Title: Desktop application DTMF functionality

HI:

In one of the client site, we are using customized desk top application with all the functionality which includes DTMF send digit. When an Agent is trying to call the Lucent G3 Auto Attendant using the DTMF Send didgit functionality, it never gets connected. The log file shows no signs of Event Established details. The same works works well for Audix for voice mail box to retreive the voice mail.

Environment:
Switch: Lucent Definity G3
Genesys: 5.1.6
Agent Desktop application: Custom built.

Like to know if any body has faced this problem or is there a work around slution for this. Is this a switch issue?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
