Title: Interaction Server can't connect to StatServer

My Interaction Server gives me:

18:09:58.597 Std 04502 Cannot connect to Datastream consumer (Stat Server) 'StatServerURS' at host 'genesys', port 8050, reason '[connect failed]'

I already enabled Java Extensions on that StatServer, the StatServer is Up...any ideas?

Hum...but statserver returns:

Hi,
do you have connections both between IxnSRv <-> SS AND SS <-> IxnSRv

Hi catarinex,
StatServer has in its connection tab to InteractionServer and InteractionServer has in its connections to StatServer.
Both are with addp configured. Very strange...

I have the same error, running with primary and backup stat servers and IXN servers.  What was your solution?

I was using wrong StatServer...changed and problem got solved.

what did you mean exactly please? "I was using wrong StatServer...changed and problem got solved." did you upgrade to a different version? I am using 8.1 ixn with 8.5 SS. We see the exact same error.

Cannot connect to Datastream consumer (Stat Server) 'statserver_ccp_p' at host 'XXXX', port 3100, reason '[connect failed]'

Ummmm I was using another StatServer on the connections, I had like 3 different and made the configurations on the wrong one...  :-X
After realizing that it worked fine.

However, you should go by basic steps like verify if you can connect to TCP port on the remote server as the message is very generic and didn't make any sense at all or had any association with the error made
