Title: EWT for a queue from VH sloution to URS

Hi ,
Need to find the waiting time in queue from strategy. If Virtual Hold is integrated with URS
will the KEY value VH_EWT (Virtual hold estimated wait time )accessible from strategy ???
plz suggest
