Back about 7 years agao I developed a browser application that used the Genesys ActiveX control and client-side javascript for an agent desktop.  Does Genesys still support the ActiveX control with the latest solution offerings?

Hi,

ActiveX (TLibrary) is still supported but no longer developed (currently in EOL - End Of Life - phase). The latest version is 7.2 so features presented in newer releases (7.5 and higher) won't be supported.
