Title: OCM attempts not incrementing on Answered calls only??

Anyone know how to get this to work with a Siebel and Genesys integrated platforms.  Using OCM 7.5. 
There is a ticket from January that says upgrade to 7.6 to take care of this issue?
Seems like a big step instead of having a hot fix.

They also say the work around is to: Workaround using 7.5 OCS
Increase the GSW_ATTEMPT value by 1 in "UpdateCallCompletionStats" Event from Agent Desktop.

This does not work or I have it configured wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.
