Let me see if I've got this straight... If you want to see the Genesys CTI User Forum listed as the first item within a Google search, then search the word "kangarockerrillapig" ...?

It is more like - if you want to see Kangarockerrillapig then you need to see Genesys CTI...

Hmmmm, I wonder how Genesys Marketing feels about that one :)
