Title: Retrieve Agent Skills Levels using GIS

Using the following XPath Query:
"CfgAgent[@name='marquero']/skillLevels/CfgSkillLevel[@level<1]/linkDBID";

We get all the skills that an agent has assigned but we also need the level of every skill. Do you know how to get these levels?
