Hi,
can someone please tell me if I am the only one who cannot get Genesys Wizard to install all the templates and statistics necessary during the outbound solution setup?
I was trying to install outbound with real ime reporting capabilities, but after running wizard (and yes, I DID choose Reporting option) I noticed that none of the outbound templates were added, nor were the necessary statistics added to the StatServer "Options" section.
I ended up pretty much importing StatProfiles included on CD into StatServer, which left me wondering if I have erased some other important stats that were installed by other suites.
By the way, THERE IS NO Outbound.stg template on 6.1 Outbound Solution CD, even though it tell you that it is there if you read page 14 of "OC6.1 Configuration and Installation"...:( Oh well...
