What do you mean? Integrate Genesys with Oracle BD? Just create a new DBServer and configure it to point to your Oracle following DBServer guide.

I need create an aplication (a softphone) in Oracle Forms and I need an example of code to do this.

:S you will need the Genesys ActiveX or .Net...don't know if oracle can use those, i guess that there should be a way.

Crackerman,
Have you tried to ask Oracle directly? I'm not 100 % sure but I think Oracle has some adapter for Genesys platform...
Genesys has several types of SDKs that allows you development of softphone application. I haven't seen Oracle Forms for years so I don't know what technologies are supported now. Genesys SDKs are primarily focused on Java and .NET platforms and differs in the level of abstraction (working directly with protocol messages or with high level objects like agent, call). SDKs are licensed.

Oracle has Adapter for Oracle CRM and Genesys integration. It is used Genesys Agent Interaction Library (AIL).

Well, there are two approaches that I can think of that would make sense:
1. Oracle Adapter for Genesys
2. third-party softphone
If you can, try to go with Oracle adapter for Genesys, because probably it would be the fastest and long-term better way of tying your Oracle environment with Genesys. If it is price-prohibitive, then look into alternatives like third-party softphones.
Is it Genesys for Avaya? Cisco? I guess I can guide you through integration of genesys ActiveX into Oracle CRM (what exactly are you using?) if you want.
Best regards,
