When I login to an agent phone via the phone I get an EventAgentLogin but with no AgentID. If I use TAgentLogin instead of the phone to login I do get an AgentID. Does anyone known if there is some configuration required to force the AgentID to come through when login via phone? (as the GeneSys documentation says the AgentID property is optional).
