Title: Disable "Mark Done" button

I have created a custom tab to allow the user to select a call disposition code.  This is essentially the same thing that Genesys provides in its sample customizations, except I have done it as a dropdown rather than check boxes.  Anyway, I would like to be able to force the user to select a disposition code before they can click on the "Mark Done" button.  Is anyone aware of how I could keep the Mark Done disabled until after a disposition code has been selected?  If my dropdown were in the same frame as the Mark Done button, I think this would be fairly easy with document.getElementById(), but as it is, I am not sure how to reference the button from the Interaction Information tab area.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I am not sure what "disposition" code is. And what are you using to accomplish it? Genesys SDK? GIS?
