Title: IR impact on MAX reporting

Hi. We have a Meridian 81C and use CCR for routing and MAX for reporting. We want to implement IR with Genesys 5.1. Once TServer takes control and IR is doing the routing, it looks like MAX no longer reports any results at CDN level (service level, answer delay etc). I guess this makes sense, but I would like to have this confirmed by other people who have seen the same thing. Is there a way to continue reporting via MAX at CDN level and also have IR operating?
