Title: Using Nortel SYmposium Real time Displa getting queue stats for ETdelay

Looking any advised and experience with using Custom Server to view SYmposium RTD API to acquire queue statistics across multiple sites.  We're trying to calculate Estimated Delay for load balancing between sites.
